Also succeeded in defending a homeowner against lawsuits by her association and by a municipality to tear down a fence which had previously received the proper permits and approvals.

Title returned to elderly owner. Successfully sued to have a fraudulent and forged deed to an 87 year old woman’s home invalidated. Affirmed on appeal. Resulted in three mortgages placed against the home removed as liens on title
Corporation dissolved and assets recovered for client after former partner attempted to transfer key confidential information to a competitor.
False lien removed from property and declared invalid. Client allowed to proceed with sale of real estate unencumbered.
Verdict for defendant in dispute between business partners. Minority business partner sought in excess of $1 million dollars from majority owner but was unable to prove any malfeasance on behalf of Ted's client.
Verdict for home inspector sued by a home owner who falsely alleged that Ted's client violated his professional responsibilities and failed to make proper disclosure of certain mold related issues in the home. Settlement demand exceeded the fair market value of the home.
Verdict for defendant. Ted represented a non-profit housing agency that was sued by a condominium association which sought to force Ted's client to sell the association a unit at a severely discounted price. Ted convinced the court that the attempted use of a right of first refusal for this type of profiteering was not allowed by the law, allowing Ted's client to use the property in furtherance of their mission.
