Divorce and Family Law Matters
- Free initial 30 minute consultation.
- Billing rate: $300/hour.
- Advance payment retainer set at initial meeting depending on complexity of the case.
Mediation: Divorce and Family Law
- Billing rate: $275/hour
- Payment expected at end of mediation session
- Additional fees due for preparing reports
Evictions
- $500 flat fee plus costs for an uncontested case. $800 flat fee plus costs if the tenant requests and is granted a trial or files a motion to vacate a default judgment.
- Costs average $400-$800.
- Costs vary from case to case and include the court filing fee, service of process fees and/or the costs to have the sheriff schedule and attend an eviction.
- We represent landlords only and only for property located in Lake County, IL.
Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning
- Flat fee of $500-$2000 depending upon complexity of the estate.
- Typically includes a will and/or living trust, living will, power of attorney for health care and power of attorney for property.
Real Estate Closings
- Flat fee of $500 for purchase or sale of residential real estate located in Lake County, Illinois.
- Hourly rate of $300.00 for commercial property
